Measurement results are now automatically recorded in the overall plant database, instead of filling out a paper report in each zone, thus reducing both time and human error.<br \/>\nTo automate moisture testing, a touch screen has been implemented to simplify and speed up the work of the operators, as they can enter data directly from the screen. The generation of reports ceases to be a paper template and becomes a digital report where workers select a series of fields, which allows the reports from the different areas of the plant to be unified.<br \/>\nWith these improvements, the customer is able to add new functionality to the machines already in the plant, integrating all test results and reports into the general database.
