Compte tenu de la situation actuelle du march\u00e9 de l&rsquo;\u00e9nergie, il est essentiel de disposer d&rsquo;un outil permettant de contr\u00f4ler la consommation d&rsquo;\u00e9nergie de toutes les machines et de tous les processus, afin de conna\u00eetre le co\u00fbt \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique de la production de chaque ordre de fabrication.<\/p>\n<p>Dans cette optique, nous avons d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 un nouveau SCADA \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique, qui nous permet de surveiller la consommation d&rsquo;\u00e9lectricit\u00e9 et de gaz de toutes les machines impliqu\u00e9es dans le processus de production.<\/p>\n<p>Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 cet outil, vous pouvez conna\u00eetre le co\u00fbt \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique exact de la production de chaque ordre de fabrication. En outre, le module de gestion de l&rsquo;\u00e9nergie permet de surveiller en temps r\u00e9el la consommation dans l&rsquo;ensemble de l&rsquo;usine, ce qui facilite l&rsquo;analyse des donn\u00e9es et la prise de d\u00e9cision.<\/p>\n<p>Le SCADA \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique permet aux clients de Control Ceramics de savoir comment l&rsquo;\u00e9nergie est utilis\u00e9e dans leur usine de c\u00e9ramique. Gr\u00e2ce aux informations d\u00e9taill\u00e9es fournies par ce module, le client sera en mesure de savoir dans quels processus la plus grande quantit\u00e9 d&rsquo;\u00e9nergie est utilis\u00e9e et, par cons\u00e9quent, o\u00f9 des ajustements peuvent \u00eatre effectu\u00e9s pour r\u00e9duire la consommation d&rsquo;\u00e9nergie et les co\u00fbts associ\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p>Un autre aspect remarquable est sa facilit\u00e9 d&rsquo;utilisation. L&rsquo;outil est tr\u00e8s intuitif et permet une visualisation claire et simple des donn\u00e9es. En outre, le syst\u00e8me g\u00e9n\u00e8re des rapports automatiques pour analyser les donn\u00e9es et d\u00e9tecter les am\u00e9liorations possibles de l&rsquo;efficacit\u00e9 \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique de l&rsquo;usine, et comprend un syst\u00e8me d&rsquo;alarme capable d&rsquo;alerter les utilisateurs en cas de situations anormales.<\/p>\n<p>En r\u00e9sum\u00e9, le SCADA \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique est un outil essentiel pour toute usine de c\u00e9ramique qui souhaite contr\u00f4ler ses co\u00fbts \u00e9nerg\u00e9tiques et am\u00e9liorer son efficacit\u00e9 de production.
